Resolving the "addresses.country required" Error in Globo Form Builder

If you're encountering the error message "addresses.country required" when customers submit a form on your Shopify store, it indicates that the country field is missing or not properly configured. This is essential for Shopify to process customer registrations correctly.

Solution: Add and Map a Hidden Country Field

Create a hidden field

1. Open the app > click Forms > open the form you want to edit

2. Click Elements > Add element > select a Hidden element > Change the label of the field as your desire text

Customers can not see this field, only the admin can view this.

1. Assign the value as a particular country that you want to add on

4. Click Save

Map the hidden country field with Shopifycountry attribute

. Open the app > click Forms > open the form you want to edit

2. Click Settings > Integration > Shopify > Enable checkbox Create Shopify customer

3. Select the Hidden of the form on the left to map with Country of Shopify on the right

4. Click Save

Check out the result once more time on the form in the front-end site
