Why the form is not showing?

To show the form on the front store, firstly please make sure that the app embeds is enabled on your theme here
Verify Your App Plan and Form Type
Certain form types and functionalities are restricted based on your app plan:
Free Plan Limitations:
Only the first created form is active. Additional forms won't display unless you delete the others or upgrade your plan.
Advanced templates like bulk order forms, registration forms, cart forms, and multistep forms are not available
Ensure you're on a plan that supports the form type you're trying to display.
Confirm Proper Form Embedding
