Limit to one submit per user

Preventing multiple submissions from the same user ensures data accuracy and avoids duplicate entries.

You can restrict users to a single submission based on their email address or phone number.

How It Works

Once this setting is enabled:​

If a user attempts to submit the form more than once using the same email address or phone number, they will receive an error message indicating that they have already submitted the form.​

This helps maintain the integrity of your data and ensures each user only submits the form once.

Step to manage

1. Open the app > click Forms > open a form

2. Click setting icon on the left side > click General

3. Tick on checkbox Limit to one submit per user > select option to identify the customers: email or phone

4. Click Save

Testing the Feature

To ensure the limitation works as intended:

  1. Submit the form using a test email address or phone number.​

  2. Attempt to submit the form again with the same identifier.​

  3. Confirm that the error message appears, preventing the second submission.​
