Edit error message on the form

Customizing error messages allows you to provide clear, branded feedback to users when they input incorrect or incomplete information in your forms.​

Step to manage

1. Open the app > click forms > open the form you want

2. Click Settings icon on the left side > click Error message

1. Add your custom text to the field

4. Click Save

Tips for Effective Error Messages

• Be Clear and Specific: Ensure that the message clearly explains the error and how to correct it.​

• Maintain Consistent Tone: Align the message tone with your brand's voice, formal, friendly, or casual.​
