Limitation for 40 emails per month in Free plan

If you're using our Free Plan, there is a limit of 40 email notifications per month.

How the Limit Works

Each time a form is submitted and triggers an email (to you or the customer), it counts as 1 email.

What Happens When the Limit Is Reached?

• Once you reach the 40-email limit, emails will stop sending for the rest of the month.

• Good news: Customers can still submit the form. Their submission will be recorded in the app.

• But you won’t receive email notifications, and customers won’t receive confirmation emails until the limit resets.

When Does the Limit Reset?

The email counter resets automatically every 1st date of the month.
