Connect form data to Sendinblue

Integrating Globo Form Builder with Sendinblue allows you to automatically add form submissions to your Sendinblue contact lists, streamlining your email marketing efforts.

Please note that the Sendinblue integration is only available on the paid plans of the Globo Form Builder app.

Step 1: Find or Generate Sendinblue API Key

  • Log in to your Sendinblue account

  • Click on your profile name in the top-right corner and select SMTP & API > navigate to the API Keys tab

  • If you don't have an API key yet, click Create a New API Key > copy the generated API key for use in the next step.

Step 2: Add Sendinblue API key to the app settings

1. Open the app > click Settings > Third party integration > hover Sendinblue > click Congig

2. Enter Sendinblue API key field created in the Steps 1 above

3. Click Save to update the changes

Steps 3: Map the form data to Sendinblue

Before Map the data, please make sure you create the contact list in Sendinblue to connect the data from the Globo form with that list.

1. Open the app > click Forms > open the form you want to deal with

2. Click Settings > click Integration icon on the left side bar > enable Sendinblue > click on its name

3. Select a contact list in the List dropdown. The list in the dropdown is the contact list from Sendinblue that you want to add form data to

4. Select the value of the Globo form (on the right) to connect it to the fields in Sendinblue (on the left). The Email value is compulsory here to create a new profile in Sendinblue.

For example: the First name field of Sendinblue is matched with First name field of the form, the Last name field of Sendinblue is matched with Last name field of the form.

5. Click Save to update the changes

Check data in Sendinblue after form is submitted. In Sendinblue, after the Globo form is submitted, the data will be added to Contacts > the selected contact list.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Data Not Appearing: Ensure that the required fields, especially the Email field, are correctly mapped and that the form submission includes valid data.

  • Incorrect Field Mapping: Double-check the field mappings to ensure that each form field corresponds to the correct Sendinblue field.

  • API Connection Issues: Verify that the API Key is correctly entered and that your Sendinblue account has the necessary permissions.
