Connect form data to Google Calendar

After the form is submitted, the new event will be automatically added to the admin Google Calendar.

Steps 1: Connect the app with Google

Steps 2: Connect form data to Google Calendar

1. Open the app > click Forms > open the form you want to edit

2. Click Settings > Integration > enable Google Calendar and click on its name

3. Select Google calendar you want to connect > match calendar event fields with the data from Form Builder app. Click Form Inputs icon to show the variable from our app.

Map your form fields to the corresponding calendar event fields:

  • Start Time: Required. Indicates when the event will begin.

  • End Time or Duration: Required. Specifies when the event will end or how long it will last.

  • Title, Description, Location, etc.: Optional. Add additional details as needed.

4. Click Save to update the changes

Check the event created after the form is submitted.

Example

If a user submits a form with the following details:

  • Start Time: September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM

  • Duration: 60 minutes

An event will be created in your selected Google Calendar from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on September 10, 2025.
