Track the form submissions in Google Analytics
Tracking form submissions is crucial for understanding user interactions and improving your website's performance. This guide will walk you through the steps to track form submissions using GA.
Before you begin, ensure the following:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is set up for your website.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is installed on your website.
You have access to the form you want to track.
Our app currently supports Google Analytics integration. It works totally based on Google Analytics in your store settings. Please make sure the store setting is configured correctly and enable it in our app as below.
Please follow our below instruction to track the submissions via Google Analytics
1, Open the app > click Forms > open the form you want to deal with
2. Click Integration icon on the left side > enable Google Analytics > click on its name

3. Click Configure button > enter Event Name, Event Category, Event Action, Event Label

4. Click Save
