🛠️ Getting Started

1. Install the App

Install Powerful Form Builder from the Shopify App Store and open the app from your Shopify admin dashboard. Install here

2. Create Your First Form

Click “Create Form” and choose a template or start from scratch. Use the drag-and-drop editor to add fields and customize layout.

3. Configure Field Settings

Set field labels, placeholders, required status, and add conditional logic if needed.

4. Set Up Notifications

Go to the Mail Notifications section to configure who receives emails when a form is submitted.

5. Publish the Form

Click “Publish” to make your form live. You can embed it on any page using the provided shortcode or block.

6. View Submissions

All form submissions are stored in the Submissions tab.
