# Prevent spam submissions

### ⚙️ 1) Enable reCAPTCHA (Recommended)

reCAPTCHA helps block bots before they can submit your form.

**Google reCaptcha**  is a free service that protects your website from spam and abuse. [**Google reCaptcha** ](https://globosoftware.net/kb/how-to-add-google-recaptcha-v2-to-your-form/) uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive CAPTCHAs to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on your site. 

It does this while letting your valid users pass through with ease.

### ⚙️ 2) **Limit one customer one submission**

You can restrict users to a single submission based on their email address or phone number.

The app allows users block domains in pro plan.
