✏️Create a new form

Step 1: Add a new form

• From app admin page > click Forms > click Create new form button

• Select a form template you want

You can select a blank form to maually build the form, or select a template and edit the template.

Step 2: Customize your form

Once you've selected a template, you'll be taken to the form builder interface. Here, you can customize your form. I use the Contact pre-built form as illustration.

We divide the building form page into several parts:

1. List of elements and settings for the current form

2. Form preview

3. Desktop and mobile preview

4. Select page to publish form

Add Elements

• Click Add Elements to open the element library

• Choose from fields like:

  • Text, Email, Phone

  • Image Dropdown

  • Checkbox, Product Selector

  • Paragraph, Date & Time, File Upload, and more

Configure Field Settings

Each element comes with customizable properties:

Some general settings for elements as below:

• Hide Label: Remove label above the field

• Keep Label Space: Preserve layout even if label is hidden

• Required: Make the field mandatory

• Column Width: Choose layout width (1/3, 1/2, full)

Field Editing Toolbar (New Feature)

When you hover over any field in the form builder, a toolbar will appear with 4 quick actions:

• Move – Drag the field to reposition it within the form

• Change Field Width – Adjust how much space the field takes up (e.g., 1/3, 1/2, full width)

• Delete – Remove the field from the form

• Hide - Hide the field on the form

• Duplicate – Instantly copy the field with the same settings

Remember to save the form after editing it.

Step 3: Save and display form on front store

• Click Save once your form is ready

• To display the form on your store, embed it on any page using the provided shortcode or section block
