# Add an "I Agree to Terms and Conditions" checkbox to form

### 🛠️ **Steps to add checkbox**

1\. Open the app > click **Forms** > open a form you want to display

2\. In **Elements** ta&#x62;**,** click **Add Element** > select **Accept Terms** element

3\.  In the **Label** field, add the link you want to the text&#x20;

Normally it is linked with Term and condition pages of the store

4. Tick on checkbox is required (Optional but Recommended)
5. Click **Save** to finish
