# Export submitted data

### 📤 Exporting All Submissions

1, Open the app > click **Submissions**

2\. Tick on the 1st checkbox of submission list > click **Select all 50+ submissions** to select all submissions in  the list

3\. Click the **Export submission(s)** button > the export file will be downloaded immediately in your device

💡 **Reminder**: Make sure to click **“Select all 50+ submissions”** if you want to export more than just the 50 submissions visible on the first page.

### 📤 Export Selected Submissions

1. From admin site of the app, click **Submissions**
2. Click **Add  filter** > Find/filter the records that you want to export by:

* **Status**: read/ unread
* **Form**: form names
* **Date created** : the time the submissions are created

&#x20;3\. Click **Select all 50+ submissions** to select all submissions in  the list

&#x20;4\. Click the **Export submission(s)** button > the export file will be downloaded immediately in your device

### 🔔 Important Notes

#### ❌ Permanent Deletion

Once submissions are deleted from the app, they cannot be restored. Deleted data is permanently removed from the system.

#### 🗂️ File Attachments

If a submission includes uploaded files, the download links in your exported file will stop working after the submission is deleted.

#### 💾 Save a Backup First

If you need to keep any uploaded files, make sure to download and save them to your device before deleting the submissions.
