# Floating form

### 🛠️ How to create a Floating form

1\. In the app, click **Forms** > open the form you want to configure or you can create a new form

2\. Click **Appearance** icon on the left side > select **Layout** >  select **Float**

3. Scroll down to below and change the settings for the floating form: select Floating Icon, add Floating text, select Position

5\. Click **Save**

### ✅ How It Works <a href="#how-it-works" id="how-it-works"></a>

After creating the form, you can add it to the online store. [Learn more](https://docs.powerfulform.com/display-and-placement/display-a-form-on-shopify-front-store)

You should see a floating button/icon on the corner or side of the screen.

Click it — the form should open in a popup window, ready to fill out.
