# Identify form page

Knowing **which page** a customer used to submit a form helps you understand what’s working on your store (layout, CTA placement, traffic sources, etc.).

 With **Powerful Form Builder**, you can see this info directly inside each submission.

* Open the app > access to ” **Submissions**” in the left navigation
* Select the record/submission that you want to see the details and then a popup window with details will appear

📌 Submission details you can see

Each submission shows:

* 🧾 **Form:** which form the customer submitted
* 📄 **Page:** the page where the customer saw and submitted the form
* 📝 **Submitted fields:** all values the customer entered (Name, Email, Address, Message, etc.)

ℹ️ Note about customer account info

* You can always see **Form** and **Page** for every submission.
* **Customer account info** is not always available, it only appears when the customer is **logged in** at the time they submit the form.
