Add an "I Agree to Terms and Conditions" Checkbox to form

Adding a consent checkbox ensures users acknowledge your policies (like Terms of Service or Privacy Policy) before submitting the form, helping you stay compliant and protect both parties.

🛠️ Steps

1. Open the app > click Forms > open a form you want to display

2. In Elements tab, click Add Element > select Accept Terms element

3. In the Label field, remove the slash / and insert your privacy page URL into this place

1. Ensure the checkbox is required (Optional but Recommended)

2. Click Save to finish.
