You can add customer tags in two different ways, depending on your use case:
Fixed Tag Adds a predefined tag every time the form is submitted (Example:
wholesale,contact-form,newsletter)Dynamic Tag Creates a tag based on the customer’s form input (Example: tagging customers with their selected role, country, or business type)
