Create App Password for Google SMTP
If you want to use Gmail SMTP to send emails, Google may require an App Password (instead of your normal Gmail password).
This usually happens when your Google account has 2-Step Verification turned on.
An App Password is a special 16-character password that allows apps (like PowerfulForm) to sign in securely.
โ
Step 1: Turn on 2-Step Verification (Required)
Google only allows App Passwords if 2-Step Verification is enabled.
Steps
Sign in to your Google Account.
Go to Security
Find 2-Step Verification
Turn it ON and complete the setup.
โ After this is enabled, youโll be able to create an App Password.
