# Publish the form to a page

Put the form on a page of your online store using the Publish window.

### **Open the Publish window**

Open the form in the app > click **Publish** (top right).

### **Choose where customers find the form**

Pick one of the four options under

### Pick the page and the position

For **Specific page**: Open the dropdown, search for your page, and select it. Pages that already have the form are marked **Added**.

### Click Add form

#### &#x20;Want a different spot on the page?

Click **Paste the form code yourself** in the window. Copy the form code and paste it into the app’s **Form** block in the theme editor.
