# Form on homepage

Add a form to your store's homepage in two steps: copy the code, paste it into the homepage template.

## 🔧 Steps

### Copy the form code 

* Open the form in the app
* Click **Publish** button on the right corner
* In **Which page type you want to display**, select **Homepage**
* Copy the short code of the form > click **Add form** button > it directs you to theme editor

### Add the form code to the homepage

* In the theme editor, click on the app block from **Form Builder** app

* Paste the form code (embedded code) to the content of app block

* Drag and drop to change the position of the app block (the form) on the Homepage
* Click **Save** to update the Theme editor
* Go to front store to check the form on Homepage
