Overview
A form you have built in Powerful Contact Form Builder does not appear on your storefront on its own. This section covers everything that puts it there: the one-time theme setup, the Publish window, and the app block.
✅ Before Anything Else
1. App embed is ON
One-time switch in your theme's App embeds panel.
2. Form is placed somewhere
Either Publish does it for you, or you paste the form's short code into the app's Form block yourself.
💡 Tip: The Publish window handles both steps for you — start there if you're placing a form for the first time.
