# Register Form
A form that creates a Shopify customer account when submitted — pick a starting template, and the Shopify integration is already set up for you.
## 🔍 How It's Different
Unlike a blank form, a Register form template comes with the Shopify Customers integration pre-mapped — first name, last name, email, phone, and password are already connected to the right Shopify fields. You don't set up the mapping yourself.

## 🔧 Step 1: Pick a Template
1. **Forms** > **Create new form**
2. Click **Register** at the top
3. Choose a layout (Standard, Modern, Address, Demographics, or B2B/Wholesale)
4. Click **Select**

## ⚙️ Step 2: Choose Account Options
While customizing, pick how accounts are created under **Account options**:
| Option | What happens |
| --------------------------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| **Automatically create customer** | Account created instantly on submit |
| **Send email invitation** | Shopify emails an activation link |
| **Require account approval** | Submission waits for you to approve |

### 🔗 Step 3: Check the Field Mapping (Already Done)
Open **Integration** > **Shopify** to see the pre-filled mapping.
Normally you'd set this up by hand, but the template does it for you.
Add or remove rows here if your template has extra fields (like Address, Birthday, or Gender).

### 🏷️ Step 4: Add Tags or Notes (Optional)
Want to track something extra about each new customer — like which form they signed up from, or a note from a field? Add it under the same **Shopify** integration screen:
* **Tags** — e.g. tag every new sign-up as `Wholesale` or `Newsletter`
* **Notes** — e.g. save a "Company name" field as a note on the customer
